Green tea Shortbreads: 抹茶ショートブレッド
I just came back from Hong Kong ^^, well the temperature was too high, and I felt so tired, -*-.
But it's fun, or the exact word is it's delicious! (anyway, I will post it next time). After eating a lot of food any sweet, I know that I should eat less, haha, but it's quite hard for me.
I still have load of green tea powder in my fridge (and it will be more because next month I will go to Kyoto again), so I have to find a delicious way to use it.
This time, I put a lot of yummy green tea powder into shortbread, you can see that I give you a choice (again, hehe), as each brand of green tea is varied, use it more or less of it depend on the taste of your green tea powder (and your liking).
