Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie
Have you ever put oatmeal in your smoothies? I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I tried it, it was love at first sip. It’s a great way to get some bulk in your smoothie when you don’t have protein powder on hand.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries (you can also use fresh)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Agave, honey or maple syrup (add more or less to sweeten to taste)

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
