About Pistachio Phirni: Phirni is a classic Indian sweet pudding made in north india on festivals like Eid and on other celebratory occasions. This phirni recipe here is made of Pistachios instead of regular nuts and dry fruits which gives it a different take without pulling off its natural essence. Traditionally served in small earthen bowls known as 'Shikoras', Phirni is one of the most favourite indian dessert recipes to make on occasions.

Ingredients Of Pistachio Phirni
- 250 Ml Milk
- 25 Gram Rice flour
- 50 Gram Pistachio
- 75 Gram Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
How to Make Pistachio Phirni
- 1.Boil the milk and sugar.
- 2.Add rice flour to it.
- 3.Cook on slow fire till it becomes thick runny batter.
- 4.Add cardamom powder and roasted pistachio into it.
- 5.Cook a bit till it becomes the smooth.
- 6.Fill in glasses or mud pots.
- 7.Let it cool for about an hour.
- 8.Serve cold.
